Grand Oaks Pavilion

For a stunning sight, experience the Grand Oaks Pavilion, encircled by floor-to-ceiling windows that afford panoramic views of the nature preserve and oak trees.

Ceremony accommodates up to 200 guests
Reception/Dinner accommodates up to 200 guests

The minimum for the Grand Oaks Pavilion on a Saturday night is $22,000 in food and beverage.

Prairie Ballroom

Conveniently located at the entrance of the hotel, the Prairie Ballroom provides 5,100 square feet overlooking a secluded lake. Featuring a large foyer with floor to ceiling windows offering a serene view of our lake. Elegant decor includes a 14 foot ceiling, fireplace and modern furniture.

Reception/Dinner accommodates up to 300 guests

The minimum for the Prairie Ballroom on a Saturday night is $25,000 in food and beverage.

Q Room

Perfect setting for more intimate gatherings. This is beautiful room features and outdoor private balcony overlooking the nature preserve and lake.

Ceremony accommodates up to 75 guests
Reception/Dinner accommodates up to 60 guests

The minimum for the Q room on a Saturday night is $6,000 in food and beverage.

Unique Ceremony Spaces

A beautiful ceremony is an ideal start to your next step in life. If you include your Ceremony with your reception the fee of $2,000 includes outdoor ceremony space on our Grassy Knoll as well as an indoor location if the weather does not permit an outdoor option. We also include speakers and a microphone for your officiant. Rehearsal space, both outdoors and indoors will also be available the evening prior to your wedding. You and your officiant are responsible for conducting the rehearsal

What is more lovely than an outdoor wedding ceremony. The Grassy Knoll is a lovely area along our lake with luscious landscaping to surround your guests in nature.

Grand Oaks Terrace

The Grand Oaks Terrace is the perfect location for your ceremony, then your guests can walk steps to your reception in the Grand Oaks Pavilion. Wonderful outdoor ceremony option with our old Oaks as your backdrop.

Q Room Patio
Start your lovely day with an outdoor ceremony on our Q room patio. Beautiful scenic views of our lake and nature preserve for your intimate wedding. Private to you and your guests only that can immediately be followed by your reception inside the Q room.

Cocktail Receptions

Tray Passed Let your guests mingle, as we bring passed bites to them.

Dinner Service

Buffet casual & efficient, a great way to offer variety from regionally inspired cuisine to customized selections.

Specialty Stations interactive & innovative, perfect for multiple cuisines. Offers versatility and the opportunity for guests to meet and mingle during dinner.

Plated guest are seated and served a five course classic & elegant meal. This style of service allows you to plan your wedding menu with confidence, giving you the opportunity to choose each course in advance.

Personal Preference allow your guests to personalize their dining experience. Treat them to an elegant five course meal. You choose the appetizer, salad, sorbet and offer your guests to choose their entrée, tableside with their server the night of the celebration.

Pricing at a Glance

At Hyatt, we pride ourselves on amazing menus and guest experiences. Pricing for a full wedding reception, which may include appetizers, dinner menu, and bar service usually fall in these ranges:
Buffet Dinner Reception | $122.00 – $134.00 per guest
Hors D’oeuvres, Small Plates or Stations Reception | $120.00 - $150.00 per guest
Plated Dinner Seated Reception | $125.00 - $150.00 per guest
Personal Preference Service | at $155.00 per guest

Bar Service

Your special day calls for a toast! With several bar packages perfect for your style of occasion, guests will sip, savor and enjoy.

Beverage Packages range from Classic Signature to elegant top tier spirits.

Non-hosted and Hosted bars by the Drink - pricing ranges from $6 - $12, charged by the drink

Hourly hosted bar packages pricing starting at $27, charged per person based on two-five hours.

Details and Extras

Confirmation of Space and Deposits
An initial nonrefundable deposit of $3,000.00 is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract. Additional deposit schedule will be arranged during contracting

Guest Accommodations
Our courtesy guestroom block consists of 10 rooms the night prior and 20 rooms for the night of the wedding. We will supply you with an online reservation link to share with your guests on the "save the date" information that you send out. Our guest room availability is limited, so please take the time to discuss your needs with both sides of the family.

Parking

We provide an ample complimentary self-parking lot for all your guests. Valet service is also available for an additional fee to either be paid by the guests or the hosts.

Customize your guests overnight experience with a gift from the happy couple.

Some Restrictions apply and no alcohol is permitted in gift bags

Guarantee
A final guranteed number of guests is due
by 11:00am three business days before
